John Watson is currently a News Producer at Action News Jax in Jacksonville, Florida. After graduating from the University of North Florida in 2022, he chose to move to Gainesville and get a master's degree in communication. Right after graduating, he took a job as an associate producer at Action News Jax, working in that role for about 8 months before getting the News Producer promotion. Now he produces primetime newscasts and is a mentor to other associate producers working to build their careers.
